Speak your inputs once, get a week of posts. Brad's actual workflow — no typing, no staring at a blank screen, no content treadmill.
The reason most founders don't post consistently isn't strategy — it's friction. Sitting down to "write content" feels like a chore because your best thinking doesn't happen at a keyboard. It happens on walks, in cars, in conversations.
The Voice-Dictation Workflow captures that thinking as it happens, and turns it into a week of posts in 15 minutes.
On your phone, open TWO apps side by side (or one in front, one behind):
The trick most people miss: on your phone keyboard, the dictation button (the little microphone) lets you talk directly into ANY text input. You don't need a separate voice-memo app. Just open the LLM, tap the message field, tap dictate, talk.
Paste one of the seven-message prompts from Lessons 2–4. Set it up:
"Capture this prompt. Don't run it yet. I'll give you the inputs in a moment."
The LLM stands by.
Tap dictate. Talk through your inputs as if you were explaining them to a friend. Don't write neat sentences — talk the way you actually talk. The LLM will clean it up.
For a Personal Philosophy post, that sounds like:
"OK so my name is Brad, I'm in coaching and masterminds. Core values are authenticity, vulnerability, depth over scale. Personal story is I was the kid with no friends who one day dreamed of having friends all over the world. My business mission is to make more marbles for everybody. Target audience entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists. Now please run the prompt."
Talk for 60–90 seconds total. The LLM generates the 3 variants.
Read all 3. Pick the one closest to your voice. If none feel right, dictate "more direct, less corporate, punchier" and re-run.
When you find a variant you love, save the prompt + your inputs together. Next time you do this message type, your inputs are 80% there and you just freshen the specifics.
Once a week, sit down (or take a walk) with the seven prompts. Talk inputs into each. In 15 minutes you have:
That's a full week of content captured in less time than most people spend choosing a coffee shop to "write" in.
Typing forces you into a more formal voice. You self-censor. You overthink. You delete and rewrite. The post ends up sounding like LinkedIn-corporate even though you're a real human.
Voice bypasses all of that. You talk the way your audience talks. The LLM cleans the structure but keeps the cadence. The post sounds like you, because it actually came from you talking.
Action in 10 minutes: Pick your phone up. Open Claude. Paste the Personal Philosophy prompt from Lesson 2. Tap the dictation button. Talk your inputs for one minute. Read what comes back. Post the variant you'd actually say out loud to a friend.
