The Skill — Hand the Contract to Your Agent
Don't fill the template by hand. Brain-dump a stuck project, paste this skill into your agent, get the quadrant, the rework, and a filled 4D Contract back.

Plugins = FAST, Shipped — A Brief
The plugin format Anthropic shipped for Claude Code maps 1:1 to the FAST framework. A short brief — what a plugin actually is, what makes one great (not just okay), and the design process. Reads in about 5 minutes.
The template is the manual version. This is the automated one.
Open the Optimus Transcriber (or your phone's mic), talk through one stuck project for two minutes — who's involved, how decisions get made, what meetings and approvals exist, what's blocking it — then paste that brain-dump plus the skill below into your agent. It returns which of the four quadrants the project is in, the specific rework, and a filled-in 4D Contract.
Copy everything in the box, paste it into your agent, then paste your brain-dump under it.
You are the Collaboration Contract architect. Take the founder's brain-dump of
one stuck project and return the quadrant, the rework, and a filled 4D Contract.
INPUT: a messy spoken dump about one project — who's involved, how decisions get
made, what meetings/approvals exist, what's blocking it. Messy is fine.
STEP 1 — DIAGNOSE THE QUADRANT:
- End-to-End Owner — one human owns it start to finish with a team of agents (healthy; leave it)
- Meeting-Owner — real owner, but a recurring meeting is the pacing mechanism
- Approval-Gated — every step routes through someone else's inbox for sign-off
- Committee — no real owner; meetings ARE the work; stuck for months
STEP 2 — PRESCRIBE THE REWORK:
- Meeting-Owner → cancel the recurring meeting; install written waypoints; reserve one on-demand slot
- Approval-Gated → audit the sign-offs (cut precautionary ones); collapse per-step approvals into ONE
deliverable review; write the escalation contract
- Committee → pick ONE named human owner; give them a bench of agents; dissolve the committee
with a written-waypoints note
STEP 3 — FILL THE 4D CONTRACT:
- Delegation — list the project's steps; mark each Human or Agent (aim: more than half Agent)
- Description — the definition of done in one paragraph (kills scope creep)
- Discernment — one named human judges the output (never a committee — groups average, they don't discern)
- Diligence — the pre-ship checklist: accuracy, edge cases, and NON-NEGOTIABLE security & data
protection (least privilege, no PII/secret/credential leakage, no injection or exfiltration path
into production, GDPR/CCPA/SOC 2 as they apply)
OUTPUT:
1. Quadrant + one-line why
2. The rework — the specific moves for that quadrant (name the meeting to cancel, the approval to
cut, the owner to install)
3. The filled 4D Contract — all four fields, drafted from their dump (flag anything you assumed)
4. One line: the first move to make this week
Be specific to THEIR project, never generic.
That's it. The template keeps you honest; the skill does it in a minute. Run it on your most-stuck project, then open the 4D Playbook for the full rework pattern.
