The complete migration skill is a single markdown file. Download it from movemydomains.com/kit — look for the "Download Complete Kit" button at the bottom.

Save it as move-my-domains-skill.md in your working directory.

Load and Run

Open your terminal and start Claude Code:

claude

Then load the skill:

/read move-my-domains-skill.md

Tell the agent what you want:

Move all my domains from GoDaddy to Cloudflare.
My API keys are set as environment variables.

What Happens Next

The agent runs through 7 phases automatically:

Phase 1-2: Prerequisites

Verifies your API keys work, checks which registrar you're using, and inventories your domains.

Phase 3: Export

Pulls all DNS records from your current registrar. Unlocks domains. Retrieves authorization/EPP codes for transfer.

Phase 4: Create Zones

Creates a Cloudflare zone for each domain. Imports all DNS records.

Phase 5: Configure

Sets SSL to Full (Strict), enables HSTS, configures caching rules, and sets security headers.

Phase 6: Transfer

Initiates domain transfers using your auth codes. Cloudflare charges at-cost pricing at this step.

Phase 7: Verify

Checks DNS propagation, confirms nameserver updates, and generates a migration report.

Transfer Timeline

• DNS propagation: 5 minutes to 48 hours (usually under 1 hour)
• Domain transfer: 5-7 days (registrars have a mandatory waiting period)
• Cloudflare zone activation: Immediate once nameservers point to Cloudflare
