Most founders who watch other founders default to chasing scale. Big audience. Lots of customers. Low ticket. Compound it.
It's a lie of comfort. The math doesn't work the way it looks on Instagram.
Path A — Scale-first (the funnel path):
Path B — Depth-first (the vortex path):
Same top-line revenue. Wildly different lives.
The reason most founders don't run Path B isn't that it's harder. It's that they never raise the ticket.
They stay at $1K–$5K offers because that's what their early customers paid. Then they try to scale through volume. Then they burn out.
Raise the ticket. The vortex only works at $10K+ minimum, $25–50K target. Below that, the math forces you back into the funnel.
If you took your current annual revenue and divided it by 50, what would each client need to pay? Is that number reachable? Do they get that much value?
If yes → you have a vortex business and you're under-pricing it. If no → the next 90 days are about closing that gap.
Action in 10 minutes: Take your current annual revenue goal. Divide by 50. That's your minimum-viable per-client value. Write the offer that delivers it. If the offer doesn't deliver that much value, the offer is the bottleneck — not your traffic, not your funnel, not your sales process.
