Why the traditional funnel is broken and what to build instead. The Vortex creates pull ā people fall *into* it, not *out* of it.
I'm running the Vortex right now on my own business. Five free lead magnets live, bottom feeds the top, $3 leads on Meta on autopilot.
The inspiration came from a session with one of my clients ā I won't say who; she runs a bigger business and stays private ā who was doing an even more elegant version of it and getting outsized results. She's still using it. So am I.
That's the pull the traditional funnel promises and never delivers.
The traditional funnel was designed for a world where attention was cheap and trust was assumed. That world is gone.
Every "best practice" you were taught ā cold DMs, webinar bait, countdown timers, retargeting hellscapes, content treadmills ā was optimized for a customer who doesn't exist anymore. The buyer in 2026 has seen the playbook a thousand times. They smell the pitch before you finish the headline.
1. It's passive. People drop in at the top, fall out at every stage. You spend more time plugging holes than creating value.
2. It optimizes for scale, not depth. Chasing 5M followers to sell a $47 product is the hamster wheel. Burnout. Algorithm dependency. A content treadmill that owns you.
3. The pitch erodes trust. Cold outreach + scarcity tactics destroy trust faster than they build revenue. Every interaction costs you credibility.
4. The math is wrong. Most business models optimize for the most customers at the lowest price. V³ optimizes for the right 50 clients at the highest value.
A funnel is linear and passive. People fall through it. A vortex is active and magnetic. People fall into it.
The framework you'll learn in this kit is built on three stages ā Attention, Time, Money ā and a single filter: IQ (Interested AND Qualified). Each stage filters for the right people. By the time someone reaches the center, the sale isn't a sale. It's an invitation.
Each lesson is short. Each one ends with one action you can take in the next 10 minutes.
The vortex doesn't need more speed. It needs more value. Let's build it.
