Run It Monthly — The OSLO Cycle
OSLO isn't a one-time fix — it's the diagnostic you run forever. The bottleneck moves through the four pillars as you scale. Same letters, higher gear each cycle.
The bottleneck always moves
Run OSLO once. Fix the pillar it flagged. The relief lasts about a month. Then a new bottleneck appears — and it's almost always the next pillar in the sequence.
This isn't a bug. It's the system working. Removing one constraint exposes the next.
Why the bottleneck moves
Fixed your Offers bottleneck? Now the offer converts but you're hitting the conversion ceiling → bottleneck moves to Sales.
Fixed your Sales bottleneck? Now you convert well but you don't have enough calls to fill the pipeline → bottleneck moves to Leads.
Fixed your Leads bottleneck? Now demand is overwhelming delivery → bottleneck moves to Operations.
Fixed your Operations bottleneck? You've scaled. Now the question is whether the offer + price are right for the next level → bottleneck moves back to Offers at a higher tier.
You just cycled the whole framework. Same four pillars, same order. Different scale. Bike → car → plane → jet.
The 30-day rhythm
Re-run the OSLO Assessment every 30 days. Three minutes. The bot tells you which pillar has surfaced as your current #1.
Make it a calendar event on the 1st of every month. Five minutes total — three for the assessment, two for the week's-plan doc. That's it.
Why this beats consulting
A consultant runs the audit once, hands you a binder, leaves. Six months later the binder is stale and your business is somewhere else. You paid $20K+ for advice that aged out.
OSLO is the audit you run on yourself, every month, forever. The bottleneck moves and you see it move. The doc auto-corrects.
When to upgrade
If three cycles in a row you're scoring the same pillar — you're stuck. The pillar can't break itself. That's the signal it's time for outside help on that specific constraint:
- Stuck on Offers? You need a strategic operator or a peer room that calls your BS. Most mastermind communities solve this.
- Stuck on Sales? You need either a sales coach or to install a proven script (Two-Call Sales Process is in the Optimus library).
- Stuck on Leads? The Seven Message Strategy + Value Velocity Vortex kits in this portal both attack this. If those don't move it, a paid traffic specialist is the next step.
- Stuck on Operations? That's what HireMako and the FAST Blueprint kit are for. Agents shipped to your stack, delivery automated.
The diagnosis is the first move. The fix is whoever specializes in your specific constraint. OSLO doesn't try to solve everything — it tells you what to solve next.
Field notes from the room (July 2026)
Three nuances that keep coming up on live coaching calls, worth folding into your cycle:
- Everybody says leads — but it's not always leads. It's the reflexive answer on every hot seat, and half the time the real constraint is upstream (an offer that doesn't convert) or downstream (ops that can't absorb volume). Run the pillars in order before you accept "leads" as the diagnosis.
- A close-rate sanity check for Sales: if you're closing roughly 30–50% of qualified initial conversations, your sales pillar is probably fine — look elsewhere. Meaningfully below that, Sales is the bottleneck no matter how much you want to buy more leads.
- Every pillar outcome used to be a person — now it's an outcome an agent can own. Full calendar, followed-up customers, answered questions: think in outcomes, let agents produce them, and keep a human architecting and reviewing. The org chart shifted under OSLO; the diagnostic didn't change, but the fixes got cheaper.
Action in 10 minutes: Open your calendar. Create a recurring monthly event called "OSLO Check." First occurrence: 30 days from today. Description: link to take the OSLO Assessment again. Save. You're now running the cycle.
