Your Pillar Playbook
Specific moves for whichever OSLO pillar the assessment flagged. Jump to your section, run the plays, then re-run the assessment in 30 days.
Find your pillar, run the plays
Your assessment surfaced your #1 pillar. Skip to that section. Don't waste energy on the other three until this one is clear.
If your pillar is OFFERS
You're getting attention but not closes. The offer itself is the bottleneck. The work this week:
- Sharpen the avatar. Write down exactly who the offer is for in one sentence. Not "founders." Try "founders doing $1M–$5M ARR who are still doing all the sales themselves." If you can't make it that specific, you don't have an offer — you have a category.
- Single-sentence outcome. Finish this exactly: "After 90 days with us, you'll have ___." If it takes a paragraph, the offer isn't clear.
- Raise the ticket. Double your current price tomorrow. If the closes drop, you need to upgrade the offer to match. If they don't drop, you were leaving money + signal on the table.
If your pillar is SALES
You're getting interest but not converting. The mechanics of taking someone from "maybe" to "yes" are the bottleneck.
- Two-call process. Move from one-call closing to a discovery + decision call structure. The discovery call qualifies + diagnoses. The decision call shows the prescription + invites them in. Conversion rates jump 30%+ when you stop trying to close cold.
- Objection inventory. Write the top five objections you hear on calls. Beside each: the exact two-sentence answer. Practice them out loud. Most founders lose deals because they freeze on the 4th objection, not the 1st.
- End every call with a next step. Never let a call end with "let me think about it" alone. Either book the next conversation right there or book the close. Calls without a next step end the relationship 90% of the time.
If your pillar is LEADS
You can close when you have calls, but the pipeline is dry. You need a system for inbound demand.
- Pick one channel. Not three. ONE. Where does your ideal client already spend time? That's your channel. Focus 90% of leadgen effort there for 90 days.
- The Seven Message Strategy. Open the Seven Message Strategy kit in this portal. Run the six-trust-to-one-pitch ratio on your chosen channel. Posts compound. Cold ads don't.
- One lead magnet. Build (or use one of Brad's — OSLO, FAST, V³) to convert curiosity into a captured email. Once they're in your audience, the rest of OSLO can work on them over time.
If your pillar is OPERATIONS
You're selling well but delivery is breaking — or you're at capacity and can't take more.
- Document the bottleneck process. Whichever client-facing process is leaking — onboarding, delivery, follow-up — write the one-page SOP this week.
- One agent or one hire. Pick the single highest-leverage point of failure. Either ship an AI agent for it (FAST Blueprint kit) or hire a part-time human. Just one. Don't try to fix all of ops at once.
- The 90-day delivery audit. What's your client outcome at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days? Most ops bottlenecks aren't the process — they're an undefined success metric. Define it. Then build for it.
After this week
Run the assessment again in 30 days. The bottleneck will have moved — usually to the next pillar in the cycle. The right next move is to follow it.
Action in 10 minutes: Open a doc. Title it with your pillar. Copy the three moves above. Add a calendar date next to each. That doc is your week.
