Your 3-Minute FAST Assessment
What actually happens when you take the assessment. A short conversation with the OSLO Bot that maps your operating surface and tells you what to build first.
What the assessment actually does
You dropped your name and email on the landing page and got handed off to the OSLO Bot. Here's what that conversation is doing and what you walk away with.
Step 1 — The OSLO Bot maps your surface
The bot asks how your team works, where time is leaking, and what tools you already have. It's not scoring you on a 1–10 scale. It's building a picture of your operating surface — the workflows you run, the people running them, and the seams between them.
Step 2 — It checks you against the four traps
While you talk, the bot is cross-checking against the four automation traps from Lesson 1 (no Factory, no Focus on the right work, wrong agent tier, wrong tool first). Where you're already caught, it flags it. Where you're at risk, it warns you.
Step 3 — It tells you what to build first
You leave the conversation with a prioritized roadmap: the first agent + skill + tool combo to ship, in priority order. Not a generic list of "AI tools to try." A specific Factory pipeline with a Factory statement, a candidate skill, and the one tool to wire first.
How to use the roadmap
Week 1: Build the #1 Factory pipeline. Just that one. Don't get clever.
Week 2: Use it. Find the gaps. Edit the SKILL.md. Iterate.
Week 3: Move to #2 — only after #1 is shipped and stable.
If you try to build all three in parallel, you'll ship none. The whole point of the conversation is to give you permission to ignore everything except the top item until it's done.
Action in 10 minutes: Open your roadmap. Read only the #1 recommendation. Block tomorrow morning on your calendar to start building.
