2 — Your First 60 Minutes
The ground rule: one hour, one framework, applied to something in your actual work. A 90-second portal tour, then a live-along with the OSLO Quiz — the friendliest diagnostic in the library.
The ground rule: we spend an hour, and by the end you've used one framework on something in your actual work. Not watched — used.
90-second tour (that's all it needs)
- The Library — everything lives here. Filter by type or collection; free-tier content is fully open.
- Collections — the series. Numbered ones are meant in order; everything else is fair game to raid.
- Next up — at the bottom of every piece, the portal recommends your next step. Mid-series it points forward; at the end of a series it offers three doors: Next, Go deeper, Apply it. Trust it — it's how the whole library links together.
That's the tour. The portal is not the skill; the frameworks are.
The live-along: run the OSLO Quiz
OSLO is the friendliest diagnostic we have: Offers, Sales, Leads, Operations — four pillars, and at any moment exactly one of them is your bottleneck.
- Open the OSLO Quiz and take the assessment — it's a short conversation, not a test.
- When it names your bottleneck pillar, sit with it for a second. Most founders discover they've been working hard on the wrong pillar — polishing Leads while the Offer leaks, or building Ops while Sales can't close.
- Write one sentence in your notes: "My bottleneck is ___, and this week I will ___." That sentence is worth more than an afternoon of browsing.
Almost everyone who scores themselves honestly finds the flagged pillar isn't the one they've been spending their week on — and that single realignment is worth more than an afternoon of browsing ever will be.
That's the hour
You know what this place is, you've run a real diagnostic, and you have one sentence of marching orders. One piece left: picking your track. Pick Your First Framework →
