Rung 4 — Command the Team
The magic trick: prompt + link + our free web skills + a tool (Vercel) — run in auto mode — and an agent rebuilds a better version of any website and ships it live while you watch.
The win: a live, public website — a flat-out better version of any site you point at — built by an agent running our skills while you sit back and watch. Not a mockup. A real URL you can text to someone before this lesson is over.
This is the magic trick
Until now you've used the ingredients one at a time. Rung 4 fires all four at once — prompt + link + skills + tool — and that combo is the whole ballgame. This is the exact moment people stop saying "AI is overhyped" and start rebuilding their business around it.
Step 1 — Arm your agent with the skills (you already have them)
You're a member, so the Web Agent Team is already in your library — 14 battle-tested FAST skills that turn the bare agent from Rung 3 into a full web shop: conversion strategist, copywriter, art director, front-end builder, deploy coordinator. Open it and drop them into your agent.
This is the entire point of the hour: an agent running an expert's roadmap you handed it — not a blank model winging it. Skills are the difference between "pretty good" and "how the hell did it do that."
Step 2 — Hand it a tool: Vercel (free, 2 minutes)
The agent needs somewhere to put the site on the actual internet. That's Vercel:
- Sign up at vercel.com (GitHub or email).
- Settings → Tokens → Create Token. Copy it.
- Keep it handy — that token is the tool your agent uses to ship.
Step 3 — Flip it into AUTO mode
Here's where it gets addictive. You do not want to click "yes, do that" two hundred times while it works — you want to lean back and watch a team build. In Claude Code, press Shift+Tab until the bar at the bottom reads ⏵⏵ auto-accept edits on.
That's auto mode. Now the agent writes files, installs packages, and deploys without stopping to ask you for permission at every step. It's the difference between babysitting a tool and directing a team.
Step 4 — The one prompt that does it all
Pick a target — a competitor's site, a clunky page in your industry, or your own tired homepage. Then paste this and hit enter:
"Use the Web Agent Team skills. Study this site: [paste the URL]. Build a dramatically better version — sharper hook, cleaner design, faster load, stronger call-to-action — then deploy it live to Vercel with this token: [paste token]. Don't stop until it's live. Give me the URL."
Then take your hands off the keyboard. Strategy → copy → art direction → build → deploy, hands-free, in auto mode. A couple of minutes later it hands you a live link to a site that makes the original look like it shipped in 2009.
The leap you just made
A chatbot hands you advice. An agent with skills and a tool, running in auto mode, hands you a shipped product. One sentence in — a live website out. That's not "using AI." That's commanding a team that builds while you think.
Next: Rung 5 — Direct, Don't Prompt → — now revise the whole thing out loud, by voice.
